  • Verify that the mode Student Administration is activated at start of year

At the beginning of the year, access to Student Administration mode is verified on two levels: Student Administration mode must be activated (one activation for the whole school) and users must be authorized to access it (activation by profile).
  1. Go to the display Resources > Staff >  Authorization profiles.
  2. Tick the box Activate Student Administration mode.



  3. Select the profiles in the list on the left and review them: in order for users of the profile to be able to access the Client in Student Administration mode, the box With Client PRONOTE (Student Administration mode) must be ticked.
