  • Configure the gradebooks

The distribution of gradebooks requires a few preliminary configurations: once you've defined the gradebook templates, you allocate them to the classes.

Step 1: Define the gradebook template

  1. Go to the display Grades > Gradebooks >  Specification of the mock-up.
  2. Select a mock-up from the list on the left. If necessary, create a new one.



    The order of subjects and their possible grouping under common designations are the same as for the report card, and are defined in the display Report cards > Mock-ups >  Customization of subjects per class.
  3. In the tabs on the right, tick the items you want to appear on the gradebook and verify the result from the preview.



    You can configure the gradebook mock-up to display the positioning in addition to the average: in the frame Averages of the tests of the tab Body of the gradebook, tick the option Student's proficiency level for all the services.

Step 2: Allocate a gradebook mockup to a class

  1. Go to the display Grades > Gradebook >  Consultation and entry of the appraisal.
  2. Select the classes to which you want to allocate the same mock-up, right-click and choose Modify the selection > Gradebook mock-up.




  3. In the pop-up window, double-click on the mock-up you want to allocate.
