Modifying a period's coefficient for calculating the overall annual average
To calculate the annual average, PRONOTE calculates the average for each period and averages the resulting averages. You can change this default setting, if you choose to give more weight to a trimester or semester.
- Go to the display Grades > Entry of the grades
Entry. - In the drop-down menu above the list at the top left of the screen, select the option Classes.
- Select a class, then a service in the list below: the list of students appears on the right.
- From the drop-down menu, select the period Year.
- Under the list of students, in the rubric Annual average of the service, modify the coefficient for each period.
Note that the coefficient modification applies to all services (not just the service selected in step 3).
