How to apply a specific coefficient for customized periods (Grade School Certificate, Mock Baccalaureate exam)
To define a coefficient for the Grade School Certificate, Mock Baccalaureate exam or any other customized period, you must be a user of the group Administration; in other respects, the customized period must already have been created.
- Go to the display Resources > Classes >
Services per class. - Select classes with the same coefficients from the list on the left.
- Select the period (for example, Mock Grade School Certificate exam) from the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the services that are to have the same coefficient, right-click and choose Modify the selected services > Modify the coefficient.
- In the pop-up window, enter the wanted coefficient and validate: you'll find it in the column Coeff. Mock.
