Can we round off the average for all services at once?
Yes, you can round off the average of students in multi-selection in the display Resources > Classes > 
Services per class. Select all classes with the command Ctrl + A, then all the services with the command Shift + click from your mouse.
In the settings at the bottom of the screen, you can round off the student and/or class average to the nearest point, half-point or tenth of a point (round off greater than or to the nearest whole number).

You can authorize teachers to make these settings (for their own services only): in the display Resources > Teachers > 
Authorization profiles, rubric Services and Gradings, tick Modify the rounding offs, weightings and bonus of his/her services.
