Use the Class Committee mode
The Class committee mode contains all the information you need to make committee decisions. To activate it, click on the button
in the toolbar. To exit, click the same button again.

- From any display, access Class committee mode with a single click.
- Record the committee members present: click on the button Record those present, click on the labels Present, Absent, Excused in the pop-up window, then click on Validate.
- You can print out this attendance sheet if you wish.
- Then select the concerned period, class and student from the drop-down menus at the top right of your screen; to view a photograph of the student, consult the data of the guardians or verify the existence of an accompaniment project, click on the buttons to the right of these menus.
- Navigate from one display to another by clicking on the left-hand menu: all the information you need is just a click away (bulletins, orientation, Student Administration files, etc.).
- Adapt the display of the Class committee mode to your needs: close the left-hand menu, fold in the footer of the report card and display the large spider graph to compare student and class averages.
The homeroom teachers can activate the Class committee mode directly from their own account, provided the corresponding authorization has been assigned to their profile. Other teachers, parents and student representatives can access the system via a dedicated account, for consultation only.
