Support Support PRONOTE

  • Reserve a piece of equipment and/or a room for a new course

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Room/Equipment search
  2. Select the duration of the course to be created from the drop-down menu on the left.
  3. Add the resources concerned by the course, in particular the room and/or equipment.



  4. Click on the button Search: PRONOTE displays in white the slots for which all resources are available.



  5. Click and drag the green frame to the wanted slot and double-click to confirm: PRONOTE switches to your timetable (or to the room's timetable, if you have made the reservation without including yourself in it) and the course appears marked Reservation.
