I had asked to meet a student's guardian, but the meeting doesn't appear in the list. Why?

If the guardians tick the option No Meeting (regardless of your own choice) or if they tick the option Optional when you have ticked this option yourself, no meeting is added to the schedule.

To display the meetings you have requested but which have not been added to the schedule, tick the box Display the non-scheduled meetings. They appear without a time slot.
