  • The meetings will be held remotely. How to let the parents know.

If you need to attend parent-teacher meetings remotely, you can send the link to parents from your Student Administration Webspace.
  1. Go to the display Parents/Teacher meetings > Schedule.
  2. Select the session from the drop-down menu.
  3. Move your mouse over the relevant meeting, then click on the three small dots in the top right-hand corner.



  4. Click on the option Create a Visio link then enter the URL for the connection, the designation of the link (what the guardians will see on their screen) and, if necessary, a comment.

  5. Test the link to make sure it works properly on the chosen day, then click on Validate.

  6. In the list, meetings to be carried out by Visio are indicated by an icon.
