The meetings will be held remotely. How to let the parents know.
If you need to attend parent-teacher meetings remotely, you can send the link to parents from your Student Administration Webspace.
- Go to the display Parents/Teacher meetings > Schedule.
- Select the session from the drop-down menu.
- Move your mouse over the relevant meeting, then click on the three small dots in the top right-hand corner.
- Click on the option Create a Visio link then enter the URL for the connection, the designation of the link (what the guardians will see on their screen) and, if necessary, a comment.
- Test the link to make sure it works properly on the chosen day, then click on Validate.
- In the list, meetings to be carried out by Visio are indicated by an icon.
