  • I'd like to have a longer meeting with some students' guardians than with others. Can I change the length of a meeting?

Yes! By default, the duration of each meeting is defined by the PRONOTE administrator. If necessary, you can modify it on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Go to the display Parents/Teacher meetings > Desiderata and availability.
  2. In the rubric Prioritization of my meetings, the duration of each encounter is displayed separately: click on the duration of the concerned meeting.



  3. In the pop-up window, change the duration and validate.
