Delegate the imports/exports to PRONOTE Campus.data
PRONOTE Campus.data is a complementary application that allows you to manage automatic imports and exports instead of the Server. It is recommended to use it when imports and/or exports are conducted daily on large databases or if you are in a hosted version.
First Step: Connect PRONOTE Campus.data 
to the Controller 
or Server 
- From the application PRONOTE Campus.data , go to the pane Management of schedules, then the panel Connection parameters.
- Transfer the IP address (or domain name) and the TCP Port number of the Controller (to see all the schedules) or Server (to only see the active schedule).
- Click on the button Connect.
Second step: Activate PRONOTE Campus.data
- From the application PRONOTE Campus.data , go to the pane Management of schedules, then the panel List of the schedules.
- Select the schedule and click on the button Create a new publication at the bottom right.
- In the pop-up window, name the publication, then validate.
- PRONOTE Campus.data is then automatically active.
Delegate the imports/exports to PRONOTE Campus.data
In the configuration window of the automatic import or export of the Client 
, select the publication PRONOTE Campus.data as processing service.
