All events are displayed in the same list that you can easily sort in the column of your choice.
  1. Go to the display Assiduity > Summary > List of events.
  2. If necessary, reduce the list by choosing in the title bar :
    • the type of event (Absences, Tardiness, Exemptions),
    • the period,
    • the classes,
    • the motives.
  3. For example, sort the list by clicking on a column title Justified.
  4. Directly in the list you can:
    • modify the motive of the absence by double-clicking in the column Motive;

    • indicate that an absence is justified despite the motive by double-clicking in the column Justified;
    • send mail;
    • delete an absence with the right-click.
