  • Allocate a roll call mode by type of lesson

The type of lesson is additional information that allows you to distinguish lessons for sorting, displaying, or configuring time volumes in lesson modules.

1. Creation of a type of lesson

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Lessons > Types of lessons.
  2. Click on the creation line, enter a type of lesson (for example amphitheater lesson, tutorial, oral exam...) and validate with the key Enter on your keyboard.

2. Allocation a type of lesson to a lesson

You can assign a lesson type in different ways:
  1. When created, by entering the lesson type in the creation window.
  2. After creating it, right-click on the lesson, or the selection of lessons, and choose Modify>Type.
  3. By creating a lesson model indicating the type of lesson.
  4. By indicating the type of lesson in the description of curricula and modules.
Specifying the type of lesson makes it possible to note any discrepancies between the number of lesson hours, tutorials, etc., created in PRONOTE Campus and the number of hours planned in a class's curriculum.

3. Allocate a roll call mode per lesson type

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Lessons > Types of lessons.
  2. Double-click in the column Roll call mode. If this column is not visible, click on the button at the top right of the list to display it.
  3. In the pop-up window, select By the teacher, Rolling QR Code or Set QR Code.
  4. Click on the button Validate.

    Note
When a student cannot scan the QR code, their presence is not recorded and they appear as absent on the roll call sheet. To correct this situation, declare them present from the display Assiduity > Entry >  Roll call sheet.
