  • Allocate a roll call mode by type of course

The type of course is additional information that allows you to distinguish courses for sorting, displaying, or configuring time volumes in course modules.

1. Creation of a type of course

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Courses > Types of courses.
  2. Click on the creation line, enter a type of course (for example amphitheater course, tutorial, oral...) and validate with the key Enter on your keyboard.

2. Allocation of a type of course to a course

You can assign a course type in different ways:
  1. When created, by entering the course type in the creation window.
  2. After creating it, right-click on the course, or the selection of courses, and choose Modify>Type.
  3. By creating a course template indicating the type of course.
  4. By indicating the type of course in the description of curricula and modules.
Specifying the type of course makes it possible to note any discrepancies between the number of course hours, tutorials, etc., created in PRONOTE Campus and the number of hours planned in a class's curriculum.

3. Allocate a roll call mode per course type

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Courses > Types of courses.
  2. Double-click in the column Roll call mode. If this column is not visible, click on the button at the top right of the list to display it.
  3. In the pop-up window, select By the teacher, Rolling QR Code or Set QR Code.
  4. Click on the button Validate.

    Note
When a student cannot scan the QR code, their presence is not recorded and they appear as absent on the roll call sheet. To correct this situation, declare them present from the display Assiduity > Entry >  Roll call sheet.
