Customize the display of tutorials; options according to the interfaces
1. Customize the display of tutorials; options according to the interfaces
- Go to the menu My preferences > Data > Tutorials/Options.
- For each display context, tick the information you want to use to designate your resources in:
- the lists;
- the selection windows;
- the course form;
- the grids.
- Select the elements that should appear and indicate the element that will be used for sorting.
2. Select the occupancy calculation mode for Classes/Tutorials/Options
The occupancy rate is a metric calculated based on courses: it shows how many hours each resource is occupied. The result depends on the selected settings and can be expressed in hours or as a percentage. These settings apply only to this resource. Changes made on this tab are therefore not reflected in the tabs for other resources.
- Go to the menu My preferences > Data > Tutorials/Options.
- Choose whether the course duration should be expressed in accordance with:
- the total duration, which includes all time slots in the timetable;
- available time, which is the total time minus unavailability, lunch breaks, and holidays (unless the option Take into account the public holidays is ticked).
- If necessary, tick the boxes to include holidays, unplaced courses, or only the selected courses.
