Edit an absence statement for a student

1. Attach the absence statement to the report card
You can edit the students' attendance statement and attach it to the report card.
Step No. 1: Configure the absence statement

Go to the display Assiduity > Students >
Absence and tardiness statement. - On the right side of the list, select the display criteria. Absences can be calculated in a course format or missed hours.
- Click on the print button
to the left of the toolbar to configure which columns to display in the report card, then click on Preview.
Step No. 2: Attach the absence statement to the report card
- Edit the report card and tick the absences statement then click on Preview. The statement will appear on the second page.
2. Edit an absence statement for a student
- Go to the display Assiduity > Students >
Absence and tardiness statement. - Select students from the list on the left.
- Enter the display criteria (period, absences to be taken into account, etc.).
- Click on the button
in the toolbar. - In the pop-up window, choose the Type of output (Printer, PDF, E-mail).
- Finalize the configuration by ticking the items to be included on the statement.
- Click on Print, Print/E-mail or Generate according to the wanted type of output.
3. Determine the number of absences per student
- Go to the display Assiduity > Students >
Absence and tardiness statement. - Highlight the concerned weeks on the slider at the bottom of the screen.
- Filter the list on the left by selecting, for example, a class.
- The number of absences for the period is displayed in the column
