  • How to edit a certificate indicating the training time in days for the OPCO?

Since July 1, 2025, the financing arrangements for apprenticeship contracts by the OPCOs have changed: the calculation of the time of trainees, which was previously monthly, is now prorated daily. PRONOTE Campus is adapting to this reform: since version 2026.4.6, completion certificates are expressed in number of days.
  1. Go to the display Assiduity > Students > Students form.
  2. Select the student from the list on the left. 

    Note
    To generate achievement certificate for several students, simply use multi-selection.
  3. In the pop-up window, choose the Type of output (Printer, PDF, E-mail).
  4. In the part, Template intended for funding agencies, tick Achievement certificate.



  5. Verify the result in the Preview before clicking on Print, Print/E-mail or Generate depending on the type of output.



    Note
    If the training duration appears in number of months, customize the template and replace the variable currently used with the variable Etu_DureeJoursFormation dans Communication > Mail and documents >  Templates.
