Electronic signatures allow digital documents to be signed entirely online.
All the templates in PRONOTE Campus can include a signature circuit, which allows documents to be distributed and then recovered once they have been signed by all parties.

Step 1: Activate the service and assign the rights to the users
For all the templates, it is now possible to define a signature circuit and recover the document signed by all parties. This service must be activated in the Client

- Go to the menu Parameters > Communication > Electronic signature.
Assign the rights to administrative users
- Go to the menu File > User administration > Utilization profiles.
Step 2: Create a template or use an existing agreement template
- Go to the display Communication > Mail and documents >
Templates.
Step 3: Send the document to be signed
- Go to the display In-company > Internships>
List.
Step 4: Signing the document from the Webspaces
Signers receive a notification in their Webspaces.
The signing process itself takes place on a secure third-party signing platform, accessed via a web browser.
Signers are redirected to this platform, where they view the document.
After reviewing it, they can begin the signing process.

Signing of the document by the teacher from their Webspace
From their Teachers Webspace, the teacher proceeds to sign the document
Signing of the document by the student from their Webspace
From their Students Webspace, the student proceeds to sign the document
Signing of the document by the company from their Webspace
From their Company Webspace, the internship counselor or company official proceeds to sign the document
If the Principal or his/her representative signs the document, he/she receives a notification via the
Client when:
- a document, signed by all other parties and awaiting his signature, expires (1 month after the signing process began);
- a document awaiting required signatures expires (1 month after the signing process begins);
- all required signatories have signed, and the document is ready to be finalized.
Step 5: Track the signatures and have the Principal finalize the process
- Go to the display Communication > Mail and documents >
History of dispatches.
Step 6: Consult the signed document
If you authorized the publication of the signed document during the configuration, it becomes available for viewing once it has been electronically signed by all parties. Signed documents can be viewed at any time from the various Webspaces or from the Client.
Consulting the document from the Webspaces
From their Teachers Webspace, the teacher consults his/her document
From their Students Webspace, the student consults his/her document
From their Company Webspace, the internship counselor or company official consults his/her document
Consultation of the document from the Client for the Principal
