Activate the Maileva electronic mail and SMS messaging service

1. Activate the Maileva electronic mail service
The digital mail service allows authorized users to send mail in two clicks. The letters are forwarded to the La Poste, which is responsible for printing, inserting envelopes, postage and sending the envelopes. Mail tracking is done from the software. To use the Maileva service, you must activate it from the Client. This service may incur additional costs
- Go to the menu Parameters > COMMUNICATION > SMS/Mail/Printing.
- In the rubric Maileva, tick Activate the service and choose the default postage.
- A button Test the connection to the service allows you to verify that the service is operational.
- After you activate the service, you can authorize users to use the service.
2. Activate the SMS sending service
Sending SMS from PRONOTE Campus does not require any subscription, but the feature must be activated from the 
Client, after verifying the costs of sending an SMS.
Client, after verifying the costs of sending an SMS.- Go to the menu Parameters > COMMUNICATION > SMS/Mail/Printing.
- In the rubric Sending of SMS, tick Activate the service and choose the default postage.
- A button Test the sending of SMS allows you to verify that the service is operational.
- You can change the default area code for future entries.
