1. Enter the holidays
By default, when a day is a holiday, PRONOTE Campus prohibits the automatic placement of courses on holidays and informs you during a manual placement. Public holidays are marked on the timetable, but you can force a class meeting to be created on a holiday by ticking Authorize course placement on holidays in the menu My preferences > Placement > Course placement.
- Go to the menu Parameters > General parameters > Academic year.
- Click on the button Calculation of public holidays.
- In the confirmation window, click on Yes to automatically display the holidays contained in the school year.
You can always click on a day to make it a holiday or non-holiday. You can mark vacations as holidays by clicking and dragging on the calendar.
2. Set the number of weeks in the academic year

- Go to the menu Parameters > General parameters > Academic year.
- Select the number of weeks from the drop-down menu: you can choose up to 62 weeks.
