Enter the time designations
Time designations and sequences have no influence on the development of the schedule; they are only visual references. PRONOTE Campus places courses on a grid built from the number of hourly sequences and the hourly step. The time designations are displayed along the grids.
- Go to the menu Parameters > General parameters > Times and sequences.
- Click on a designation to modify it, enter the new time in the format HH:MM (ex. 08:15 for a display 08h15) and validate with the key Enter. By default, the modification is reflected on the following times (9:15, 10:15, 11:15, etc.); if you do not wish this to be the case, un-tick the option Transmit the entry to the successive times.
Remarque
The button Reset the designations and sequences, allows the recalculating of the times and sequences taking into account the time entered on the first sequence.
- If the ending time does not correspond to the beginning of the next course, enter the ending times. They are displayed on some interfaces and especially on the course form.
- In the tabs In the display and Printed times, only tick the times you wish to see along the timetables and schedules grids, on the screen and on the printouts (these parameters can be modified in the tab Presentation of the print window).
- For a one-time modification, you can modify a time by double-clicking on it directly along the grid.
The times are the same for all users, but each user can choose the times they wish to display in My preferences > Schedules > Times.
