Is it possible to reject a signature?
If the Principal considers that a signature is incomplete despite the platform taking it into account, it is not possible to ask a single signatory to redo their signature.
The Principal must cancel the entire process. To do so:
- Go to Communication > Mail and documents >
History of the dispatches. - Select the document, then click on the button Cancel the processes.
- In the column Document status, the message "Signatures canceled" will then appear.
