Sign a document electronically

Electronic signatures allow digital documents to be signed entirely online.
All the templates in PRONOTE Campus can include a signature circuit, which allows documents to be distributed and then recovered once they have been signed by all parties.

To sign a document, you can follow the main steps by consulting the relevant support materials in the knowledge base:

Step 1: activate the service and assign rights
Step 2: editing a template
Step 3: distribution of the document to the signatories
Step 4: signing the document from the Webspaces
Step 5: follow-up of signatures and finalization by the Principal
Step 6: consult the signed document
