  • Can I modify the category of a template?

 
You cannot modify the category of a template created by default.

To modify the category of a template you have created:

  1. Go to the wanted display:
    • Communication > SMS > SMS templates.
    • Communication > Mail and documents > Templates.
  2. Double-click in the column Category and choose another category in the pop-up window: if variables are not available for the new category, they will be deleted from the template.
