  • What do the colors and icons on the week slider mean?

 
The time editor groups together 4 sliders at the bottom of most displays in the tab Schedules. In diagnostic mode, PRONOTE Campus indicates the places and possible weeks for the selected course and indicates why the others are not. possible

Course slider: Resource availability

The pale green background indicates that in the diagnosed place, all resources are available.

There is a place, during the week, where all resources, except rooms, are available.

The colored rectangles represent the constraints affecting the resources in the diagnosed place.
Only some courses of the selection take place that week.
The class meeting is canceled.

Potential slider: Placement weeks

During the diagnosis of mobile courses, the blue slider highlights the weeks where the course will be placed. The color of the numbers indicates the availability status of the place.

 in white if there are no constraints.
in blue if there is a pedagogical constraint.
in red if there is a time constraint.
in black if there is an impossible place.
Only certain courses of the selection can take place that week.

Other icons

Indicates the presence of a small format or several (large format) time constraints in the diagnosed place: occupied resources, unavailability of resources, inter-class, lunch break or site problem.

Indicates the presence of a small format or several large formats pedagogical constraints at the diagnosed place: hourly maximum, maximum per day and half-day, subject incompatibility, unavailability of the course, break.
Presence of holidays.
The week is sealed and no changes are possible.
