How to configure the multi-week schedule
- Go to the display Schedules > Subjects/Teachers/Classes/Students/Classrooms/Courses/Grouping >
Multi-week schedule. - Click on the button
on the top right. - In the tab Layout, if your screen allows it, select 5 or 6 days as the maximum number of days; this way you will have a view of the whole week and will not need to use the horizontal scrollbar. You can reduce the time frame if it is not fully used. The option Display the day's date over-viewed in a tooltip can be useful.
- In the tab Content of the courses, display the minimum information to identify a course. The selection of information can be customized according to the main resource of the consulted schedule (Teacher, Class, Room). It can be useful to display a code instead of the designation for the subject.
- In the tab Times, only leave ticked the times that are essential for easy reading.
