  • Send the username and password by SMS (hosted mode)

Login details (username and password) are private information. At the beginning of the year, please communicate them confidentially to each person concerned. PRONOTE Campus offers several means of communication.
In particular, you can send information by SMS if your institution has subscribed to this service, or by e-mail or mail via the sending of the template Connection for the ....

Step No. 1: Enter the address for accessing the Webspaces

  1. From the panel My schedules of the console, select the concerned schedule in the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on the tab PRONOTE Campus.net.



  3. In the tab Publication parameters, note the public address used to access the homepage.



  4. From the Client PRONOTE Campus , go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
  5. Select Common page on the left in the tree structure.
  6. In the tab Header, enter the address recovered from the hosting console in the field Public URL to access the .net, then close the window.



Step No. 2: Send the SMS

  1. Go to one of the following displays:
    • for the teachers: go to the tab Schedules > Teachers > List;
    • for the students: go to the tab Schedules > Students > List;
    • for the parents: go to the tab Schedules > Students > Parent form;
    • for the staff: go to the tab Schedules > Staff > List;
    • for the company contacts: go to the tab In-company > Companies > List.
  2. Select the recipients from the list.
  3. Click on the button in the tool bar.
  4. Select the SMS template Connection for the .... 
The SMS template Connection for the ... can be customized in the display Communication > SMS > Templates.
  1. Click on the button Send.
PRONOTE Campus warns you if certain recipients do not have a valid telephone number.
