  • How to access the Maileva electronic paperless mail service from the software?

The electronic paperless mail service allows authorized users to send mail in two clicks. The mail is sent to La Poste (Post Office), which takes care of printing, enveloping, postage and delivery of the envelopes. The tracking of the mail is carried out from the software. To use the Maileva service, you must activate it from the Client. This service may incur additional costs.
  1. Go to the menu Parameters > COMMUNICATION > SMS/Mail/Printing.
  2. In the rubric Maileva, tick Activate the service and choose the default postage.



  3. A button Test the connection to the service allows you to verify that the service is operational.
  4. After activating the service, you can authorize users to take advantage of the service.
