Configure the Porters Webspace
The Porters Webspace is the online Webspace reserved for the porters. It allows them to view the list of rooms assigned to them and to know when they need to open and close them.
- Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
- Select Porters Webspace on the left in the tree structure.
- By default, the Webspace is published.
- In the tab Contents:
- un-tick the pages not to be published,
- rename the pages by double-clicking on the designation.
- In the tab Authorizations, leave ticked Authorize the recovery of forgotten passwords by e-mail for porters to be autonomous.
- In the tab Aspect, choose the designations, colors, etc.
