1. Create an internship
Internship management is activated by default.
- Go to the display In-company > Internships >
List of internships. - Click on the creation line.
- In the pop-up window, select the concerned student and validate.
- In the window Definition of the internship, click and drag on the calendar to define the dates of the internship.
- If you want to let the student fill out their own form from their Webspace, under the calendar, in the rubric Visibility of student form, tick Allow the student to fill in his/her form from the Students Webspace, and indicate the dates of access to the form. Validate.
- In the window Internship, the dates are then filled in (they can be modified by clicking on the button
on the right of the corresponding field). - Indicate the other characteristics of the internship, including:
- the topic,
- the company,
- the counselor,
- the tutoring teacher.
- The tabs allow you to provide additional information such as schedules, pedagogical content, trainee remuneration, pedagogical objectives, etc.
- Click on Validate.
You will be able to complete the internship form later from the display In-company > Internships >

- Go to the display In-company > Internships >
List of internships - Click above the column Status to sort the list by that criterion. The internship can be:
planned;
in progress;
completed;
interrupted;
extend a previous internship (the internship is currently underway, but the student is not at the company).
3. Sort internships based on the remuneration
- Go to the display In-company > Internships >
List of internships. - If you don't see the column Monthly remuneration (Mthly. rem.), click on the button
in the top right corner of the list to display it - Sort the list by clicking on the column titled Monthly remuneration: the students with the lowest remuneration will appear at the top of the list.
4. Extend an internship from a previous year
Prerequisites
Last year's internships have been added to the base.

- Go to the display In-company > Internships >
List of internships. - Select the internship(s) you want to extend, right-click, and choose Modify > Internship dates.
- In the pop-up window, click and drag to select the weeks of the current year during which the internship takes place. In the list of courses, it appears with the icon
.
Note
If you do not want to keep the dates from the previous internship, you can click on the button Delete all the internship's periods in the window Specification of internship periods before setting the time period to the current year.
5. Process forms filled out by students
Sort the forms by status
- Go to the display In-company > Internships >
List of internships. - Click above the column Form status to sort the list by this criterion. The form can be:
Published,
To be validated; the student submitted the form to the secretariat from their Students Webspace.
Validated; the secretariat has entered the company information provided by the student
If the student failed to submit the form before the end of the publication period, the icon
Expired publication appears in the column Form status. It is then possible to expand the publication so that the student can ultimately transmit information about their company.
Validate the form
Prerequisite: to validate the form, the student must have submitted the application to the institution's secretary's office.
- Go to the display In-company > Internships >
List of internships. - Sort the list by clicking on the title of the column Form status.
- Click a second time on the column title to reverse the sort order (the direction of the arrow indicates that the sort is in reverse alphabetical order). The Validated forms appear at the top of the list.
- Double-click in the cell.
- In the pop-up window, first review the company information, then click on Next Step.
- In the pop-up window, review the contact information, and then click on Next step.
- In the pop-up window, review the internship topic and the company's work schedule, then click on Finish and save. The internship form automatically incorporates the information provided by the student.
6. Edit the internship agreement
- Go to the display In-company > Internships >
List of internships. - Select one or more students.
- Click on the button
in the toolbar. - In the pop-up window, select the Type of output (Printer, PDF, E-mail).
- Sélectionnez le destinataire de la convention de stage parmi :
- the company official,
- the internship counselor or workplace tutor,
- another contact at the company (who is not identified as a manager or counselor/tutor).
- Tick the template Internship agreement.
- Click on the button Print/Generate/E-mail.
Once saved as a PDF, the agreement can be attached to the internship form.
