When you assign a group of rooms to a class, you reserve one room for that class without deciding in advance which one.

From the lesson form, click on + Rooms.
In the pop-up window, select the group of rooms (recognizable by the arrow that precedes it).
If you wish to reserve more than one room for each lesson, double-click in the column No. and specify the number of rooms you wish to reserve for the lesson.
