How to compare the capacity of the room and the population of the lesson?
If the capacity of the rooms is filled in, PRONOTE Campus reports whether the room is large enough or too large in relation to the number of students in the lesson.
On the lesson form and in the room selection window, PRONOTE Campus displays a symbol next to the room:
if the room is occupied by more than 90% by the lesson population.
if the room is occupied between 85 and 90 % by the lesson population.
if the room is occupied by less than 85 % by the lesson population.
if the capacity of the room is less than the lesson population.
