Prohibit the modification of the timetable for past weeks

You can forbid the modification of the elapsed weeks:

1. Go to the menu Parameters > General parameters > Seal a period.
2. Tick Automatic sealing of the elapsed weeks if you want PRONOTE Campus to seal the weeks as you go. A padlock symbolizes the seal on the sliders.

   You can always remove the seal by un-ticking the box if you absolutely must make a change to those weeks, or select the weeks to seal using the slider Period.
