  • How to move a course or class meeting

You can move a course directly in the grid. This action is transparent for other users, to leave a trace in the schedule, use the Cancel a course function together with Catch-up a course.
Depending on the wanted visibility, you perform the manipulation on a display Timetable (visibility over the week) or Multi-week schedule (visibility over several weeks).

Move all the class meetings of a course that always takes place on the same slot

By doing the manipulation on the display Timetable, you know immediately if a slot is suitable for all the weeks of the course.
  1. Select one of the course resources from the list on the left.
  2. Highlight all the weeks on the slider Active period at the bottom of the screen: all the class meetings of the course will be impacted.
  3. Double-click on the course to transfer to diagnostic mode  and identify the time slots on which the course can begin. If slots are possible for only a few weeks, a number tells you how many.
  4. Click and drag the green frame that appears around the course to the wanted place.
  5. Double-click inside the green frame to confirm the move.
