• Manipulating courses on the timetable grid

The display Timetable allows the display of the timetable over several weeks. It provides a detailed view of the timetable. This display is particularly useful for working in single- class meetings, finding an available time slot, or making changes during the year: move a class meeting, cancel a class meeting , a class meeting or catch up on a class meeting. To get the most out of this display, you need to view the entire grid (without using the scroll bars) and remove any unnecessary information. The display Timetable is configurable.

1. Create a course

Go to the display Timetable in the tab Schedules. Then, create the course.

2. Move the class meetings of a course

You can move one or more class meetings directly on the grid. This action is invisible to other users.

3. Place an unplaced course

After creating it, you can place the course. During the diagnostic, the colors of the numbers provide guidance.
