How to customize the display of subjects according to the interfaces?

1. Customize the display of subjects according to the interfaces
- Go the menu My preferences > Data > Subject.
- For each display context, tick the information you want to use to identify your resources in:
- the lists;
- the selection windows;
- the course form;
- the grids.
- Tick the elements that should appear and indicate the element that will be used for sorting.
2. Enter the subject code
The code is an additional field that allows you, depending on the situation, to distinguish between two subjects, to use a shorter designation (especially on timetables), etc.
You can:
- make it optional to enter this field when creating a subject in the menu My Preferences > Data > Subjects;
- display or hide it depending on the display;
- display or hide it on printed timetables;
- display or hide it in the Webspaces.
