Create a new base
A PRONOTE Campus base is a *.hyp file that contains the main data. When you create a base for the first time, a *.hyp file is created on the server. Some data (attached documents, photos, etc.) are stored in separate folders. When you make a copy of the base, you only get a copy of the .hyp file. Attachments are not copied and must be saved separately.
- From the panel
My schedules of the console, select the schedule in the drop-down menu. - Click on the tab PRONOTE Campus server.
- The Publication's name is the name seen by users. By default, it's the name of the schedule, but you can customize it.
- Click on the button Create a base.
- Configure the time grid.
- Validate. The schedule is automatically activated after the validation of the time grid, users can now connect.
To create a new base, the server must be shut down. If your server contains a base from a previous year, you will need to create an archive of it beforehand.
