Support PRONOTE Campus

Only the hosting manager can request the new version. This procedure is carried out from the hosting console

Caution: remember to make a final archive of the databases in the current format.

To upgrade to the new version, you must indicate when you want to change versions.

Click on the tab My account located at the top right of the hosting console .
In the tab Version change, tick Install PRONOTE Campus (year), then indicate the wanted date.
Validate. Bases in service at this date will be automatically reactivated with the new version. Once the new version of the hosting service has been installed by Index Education, the version difference is automatically detected. The current Client then offers to install the compatible version. If you accept, the installation of the PRONOTE Campus Client will start, retaining the existing connection parameters. You must download and install the new version:
- of the PRONOTE Campus.data if needed,
- of the Service Web if needed.

When switching from HYPERPLANNING to PRONOTE Campus, a new URL, pronote-campus.net, is available and visible from the console. However, the old URL, hyperplanning.fr, will remain functional until summer 2027.
From the tab PRONOTE Campus.net of the panel My schedules , the base is automatically published.
