Support PRONOTE Campus

Only the hosting manager can request the new version. This procedure is carried out from the hosting console.

Caution: remember to make a final archive of the databases in the current format.

To upgrade to the new version, you must indicate when you want to change versions.

Click on the tab My account located at the top right of the hosting console .
In the tab Version change, tick Install PRONOTE Campus (year), then indicate the wanted date.
Validate. Bases in service at this date will be automatically reactivated with the new version. Once the new versions of the Controller and Servers are installed by Index Education. You must download and install the new version:
- of the Clients,
- of the PRONOTE Campus.data if needed,
- of the Service Web if needed.
