Configure the schedule
Only the hosting manager accesses the panel 
Configuration of the console. It is therefore preferable, to finalize the configuration of schedules, that this one already has in his/her possession the URL to be entered by the future superadministrator.

We advise you to enter the name of your school.
Advice
Communicate only the domain name of the controller to your users. This allows teachers, students and staff to always use the same login address from one year to another for a simple and stable experience over time. The controller will automatically redirect to Planning01 of the current year, regardless of the address of this schedule.
- Confirm the domain name's association with the controller by clicking on Yes.
- In the pop-up window, click on OK.
- When the domain name is taken into account, it comes with an associated port number. These two elements will constitute the contact details for connecting to the controller from the Client PRONOTE Campus.
- Optionally, change the name of the first schedule (by default planning01), then click on OK in the pop-up window.
Advice
It is advisable to always host the database for the current year on Planning01. It is also recommended to keep the schedule name (by default Planning01). - Leave the box Activate a PRONOTE Campus.net license ticked. This way, when the base is put into service, it will be automatically published.
- Enter the associated domain name.
Note
Each schedule has 3 names, with different levels of visibility:
- Schedule's name: identifies the schedule on the hosting side and is visible only to the hosting manager;
- Domain's name: corresponds to the URL address of the schedule, to be communicated only if necessary;
- Name of the publication: matches the name that users see when they log in to
Client.
- Confirm the domain name's association with the schedule by clicking on Yes.
- In the pop-up window, click on OK.
- When the domain name is taken into account, it comes with an associated port number. These two elements will constitute the contact details for connecting to the server from the Client PRONOTE Campus.
- Proeed in the same way for the second schedule. The schedule configuration is complete.c
Advice
It is advisable to host the database for the year in preparation, previous or upcoming on Planning02.
