In which case is an IP address suspended? How to unblock it?
Access to the database is suspended after several erroneous identifications. Access to the database becomes possible again after a certain period of time, but the administrator can also manually release the concerned IP address.
- Go to the security parameters:
- from the
Controller, panel Security parameters, - from the
Server, panel Security parameters, - from the
Client, menu Server > Security parameters.
- from the
- Click on the tab View the connections.
- Click on the button Refresh to see all the IP addresses.
- Look at the column Status to locate suspended IP addresses.
- Click on the button Release the suspended IP.
