  • Make a document available

You can post a document (from the templates) generated in PRONOTE Campus for the attention of students, parents, teachers, staff and company contacts.

1. Make a document available

  1. Go to the display Communication > Digital locker > Documents in the digital locker.
  2. In the left-hand menu, in the rubric Distribution, click on Students & Parents, Teachers & Porters or Companies.
  3. Click on Distribute a document from the templates.
  4. In the pop-up window, select a template, then click on Validate.

  5. A new window appears to define the category of the document or create a new one.

    Documents issued to parents cannot be issued to students. Conversely, you can add parents as recipients when issuing documents to students. To do this, double-click in the column Downloadable by > Parents.
  6. Double-click in the column Recipients to select them (all, by name or by criterion (criterion)), then click on Close.

  7. Modify the document's publication dates by double-clicking in the two columns Publication dates.
  8. When the document distribution period is open, double-click in the column Notif.  to inform recipients of the document's availability by sending a notification to their Webspaces.

  9. Modify the title and content of the notification if necessary. In column Notif., click on the button . In the pop-up window, make the required changes, then click on Save.

2. Collect documents from students and teachers

You can ask students (this may include parents) or teachers to deposit documents (CVEC certificate, identity card, registration form, insurance certificate, bank details, etc.) via their PRONOTE Campus Webspaces.

  1. Go to the display Communication > Digital locker > Documents in the digital locker.
  2. In the left menu, in the rubric Collection, click on Students or Teachers.
  3. On the right, click on New, enter the designation of the document to be collected, then validate with the key Enter of your keyboard.

  4. Double-click in the column Concerned students/Concerned teachers in order to designate them (all, by name or by criteria), then click on Validate.

  5. Double-click in the column Publication period or Collection Webspace(s) to specify the deposit modalities (with a date or without a deadline, for example) and indicate the Webspaces on which to activate the collection, then click on Validate.

When the document reception period is open, you can inform students and teachers by sending a notification on their Webspaces.
  1. Click on the button of the column Notify.

    If you have set a deposit deadline, you can also set up a reminder notification a few days before the deadline.

Step No. 3: Manage the documents submitted by students/parents and teachers

  1. Go to the display Communication > Digital locker > Documents in the digital locker.
  2. In the left menu, in the rubric Collection, click on Students or Teachers.
  3. Select the document to collect: the list of submitted documents appears on the right side of the screen.
  4. Right-click and choose one of the proposed options:
    • Consult the selected document: the document opens in the corresponding application (for example, in Word for a .docx);
    • Recover the selected document: you can save the document on your disk;
    • Delete the selected document.

      You can also download all the documents at once: click on the button Download all the documents at the top left of the list, then save the .zip file on your computer.
