  • Managing internships and work-study programs with HYPERPLANNING

HYPERPLANNING lets you manage your students' internships and work-study programs, from publication of the internship offer to evaluation of the competencies acquired.

1st step: create or import company data

You have two options:
  1. Import your data from a CSV file:
    • the company form
    • the list of company contacts
    • the list of apprenticeship counselors/company tutors
The company official's contact details can be imported into the company file or the contacts file.
  2. Creating the data in HYPERPLANNING:

2nd step: create or import internships and work-study programs

To simplify assignment management, HYPERPLANNING offers you two different displays to separate internships and work-study programs, but the operation is exactly the same in both cases.
If all or part of your internship and work-study management is carried out outside HYPERPLANNING, you can import your data from a CSV file, then continue in HYPERPLANNING from the relevant step. Depending on the procedure in place at your institution, the order of these steps may vary.

Creating internships

The creation of an internship an be done in two stages. Initially, only the student's name and the internship dates are required. The details of the internship can then be entered by the administration in HYPERPLANNING or by the student in his/her Webspace.

Internship offers

Companies can publish the internship offers that students can consult from their Webspace once they have been validated by the administration.
