  • Delegate the imports/exports to HYPERPLANNING.data

HYPERPLANNING.data is a complementary application that allows you to manage automatic imports and exports instead of the Server. It is recommended to use it when imports and/or exports are conducted daily on large databases or if you are in a hosted version.

First Step: connect HYPERPLANNING.data to the Controller or Server

  1. From the application HYPERPLANNING.data , go to the pane Management of schedules, then the panel Connection parameters.
  2. Transfer the IP address (or domain name) and the TCP Port number of the Controller (to see all the schedules) or Server (to only see the active schedule).
  3. Click on the button Connect.

Second step: activate HYPERPLANNING.data

  1. From the application HYPERPLANNING.data , go to the pane Management of schedules, then the panel List of the schedules.
  2. Select the schedule and click on the button Create a new publication at the bottom right.
  3. In the pop-up window, name the publication, then validate.
  4. HYPERPLANNING.data is then automatically active.

Delegate the imports/exports to Hyperplanning.data

In the configuration window of the automatic import or export of the Client , select the publication HYPERPLANNING.data as processing service.
