How do you define a competence evaluation period?
If your students are evaluated in grades and competencies, you use the same periods defined for grading.
If only the evaluation of competencies is used for a class, go to the display Competencies > Evaluation periods >
Calendars and grading periods and proceed as described for the grading periods.

Report cards must be completed for each evaluation period (example: Semester 1 and Semester 2) while periodic competence bulletins must be completed for each evaluation period and for the entire year (example: Semester 1, Semester 2 and Entire year).
