Define the curriculum of a class
A class takes all or part of the courses in its curriculum. Once the courses are defined, it is possible to compare the planned courses with those actually scheduled.
- Go to the tab Schedules > Classes >
Curriculum.
- In the list on the left, verify that the list is folded: the partitions and groups/options should not be visible.
- Select the class.
- On the right, click on the line Allocate a curriculum to the selected class.
- In the pop-up window, HYPERPLANNING proposes all the periods of the calendar for this class: double-click next to All year to allocate the curriculum over the year or next to the relevant period if you have created curricula by period.
- Select the curriculum and validate: all the studies in the curriculum are displayed in the right panel.
- Check the courses that form the core curriculum for the class.
- Unfold the list to display the groups/options and then select all the groups/options that take the same studies.
- Tick the specific studies for these groups.
