  • Define the curriculum of a class

A class takes all or part of the courses in its curriculum. Once the courses are defined, it is possible to compare the planned courses with those actually scheduled.
  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Classes > Curriculum.
  2. In the list on the left, verify that the list is folded: the partitions and groups/options should not be visible.
  3. Select the class.
  4. On the right, click on the line Allocate a curriculum to the selected class.
  5. In the pop-up window, HYPERPLANNING proposes all the periods of the calendar for this class: double-click next to All year to allocate the curriculum over the year or next to the relevant period if you have created curricula by period.

  1. Select the curriculum and validate: all the studies in the curriculum are displayed in the right panel.
  2. Check the courses that form the core curriculum for the class.

  1. Unfold the list to display the groups/options and then select all the groups/options that take the same studies.

  1. Tick the specific studies for these groups.
