Enter the email addresses
If the e-mail addresses of staff, teachers, students and their guardians are filled in, all documents and letters can be sent by e-mail.
Locate missing or invalid email addresses
- Go to the wanted tab:
- Schedules > Teachers/Students/ Staff >
List,
- Schedules > Students >
Parent form.
- Schedules > Teachers/Students/ Staff >
- If you do not see the column E-mail address, click on the button
at the top right of the list to display it.
- Sort the list by clicking on the title of the column E-mail address those who do not have an email address are displayed at the top of the list.
- Invalid e-mail addresses are displayed in red.
- You can enter or modify an e-mail address directly in the software: double-click in the column E-mail address and enter the e-mail address.
If all the e-mail addresses are missing or too numerous and you have them in a text or spreadsheet file, proceed with an import.
Allow teachers, parents and students to enter their email address
- By modifying the authorization profile of the teachers.
- By configuring the Webspace authorizations for the students and for the parents.
