  What is the purpose of the subject code?

The code is an additional field that allows, depending on the case, to differentiate between two subjects, to have a shorter designation (especially on timetables), etc.

You can:

• make its entry optional when creating a subject in the menu My preferences > Data > Subjects,
• show or hide it depending on the display,,
• display it or mask it on the printed timetables,
• show or hide it depending on the Webspaces.
