Configure the display of the timetables on the Webspaces
The display of the timetables on the Webspaces is defined resource by resource except the definition of the published weeks which can be defined Webspaces by Webspaces.
- Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
- Select Schedule configuration on the left in the tree structure.
- Choose the week numbering system: the numbers will be displayed on the slider allowing you to navigate from week to week above the timetables.
- Tick the times that should be displayed along the grids and possibly display the times directly in the courses to avoid confusion.
- In the tree structure, expand Schedule configuration with a double-click.
- Select one of the resources, for example Teachers.
- In the tab General parameters:
- choose the search system proposed to the user;
- choose the display options;
- authorize iCal export to allow teachers to recover their courses in their personal agenda;
- define the published weeks unless you prefer to do it Webspace by Webspace, for example for the whole Teachers Webspace.
- In the tab Course parameters:
- choose the color of the courses;
- indicate whether unplaced courses should appear in the course lists;
- double-click on a course feature to display all possible info and then tick the places where it should appear (grid and homepage of the mobile application, list of courses and class meeting).
