Install a schedule
If the schedule has not been previously created from the Controller
, create it directly in the list.

First step: Launch a Server
- From the Server
, in the pane Management of schedules, go to the panel List of the schedules.
- Select the schedule, right-click and choose Install as a Windows service.
- A new pane corresponding to the schedule appears on the left: it has the name of the schedule.
Second step: Open a base and put the schedule into service
To commission a schedule, you need to associate it with a database. The schedule is then automatically commissioned and becomes accessible from the following applications Client

and the Services Web
.

If you wish to associate a new empty base with the schedule
- From the Server
, go to the pane corresponding to the schedule.
- Click on the button Create a new empty base
.
- In the pop-up window, configure the time grid.
- Click on Validate.
- In the pop-up window, select the folder where you want to save the database, name your database, then click Save.
- The database is put into operation (the schedule dot turns green).
If you wish to associate an existing base with the schedule
- From the Server
, go to the pane corresponding to the schedule.
- Click on the button Open a base
.
- In the pop-up window, designate the *.hyp file and click on Open.
- The database is put into operation (the schedule dot turns green).
If you wish to open a database saved in an older version of HYPERPLANNING, in some cases it is necessary to save it with an intermediate version.
