  • Configure the time grid

The time grid is configured when the database is created. It is the grid on which the courses are positioned; it must therefore cover all the time slots on which activities can be planned. Each user can then hide the slots that do not interest him.
  1. A HYPERPLANNING base covers between 1 and 62 weeks (from the beginning of the school year in August to the end of the school year in October, after the catch-up period). Indicate the first Monday and the last Sunday of the required period.

  1. With one click, turn off the days when no activity will be scheduled.

  1. Indicate the number of sequences per day, remembering to include the mid-day break and thinking about possible late afternoon meetings: 10 sequences for a day from 8am to 6pm.

  1.  The duration of a sequence is used to calculate the services: if the classes are 55 minutes long with a 5 minute break, leave the duration of the sequence at 60 minutes.
  2. Separate the sequences into 2 (30-minute time steps) if your courses are 1 hour, 1.5 hours, etc., into 4 (15-minute time steps) if some courses are 45 minutes, etc. You can also create a sequence split into 12 steps of 5 minutes each and thus allow the creation of 55 minute courses.
To modify the time grid once the base has been created, an Administrator can convert the base.
